Once we complete an intake call and submit assessment authorization request to insurance it takes 1-2 weeks to hear back. We will schedule your child's assessment at your earliest convenience. A treatment plan will be developed and reviewed with you prior to submitting for authorization. This entire process takes around 3-4 weeks. 

We serve 18 months to 17 years old.

Each child is an individual who learns in their own way. This means each child's progress is individualized. The BCBA will provide continued updates on your child progress with program goals.

All hour recommendations are based on assessment results. Recommendations will take into account your child's current skills, the goals we will work on, and your child's current schedule.
