Transforming Lives with Exceptional ABA Therapy

Getting started

Assessment Authorization

Benefit Verification

The first step in getting started with therapy is reaching out to discuss your family and child's needs and learn more about us. The goal is to identify if we are a good fit for your family and to determine if we are in network with your insurance plan. You will fill out the initial intake information to start this process.

Benefit Verification

Assessment Authorization

Benefit Verification

We will complete a benefit verification that will determine coverage for ABA therapy and identify any potential cost above and beyond insurance coverage.

Assessment Authorization

Once we have determined that your family is interested in moving forward with services and completed a benefit verification the next step is to request an assessment authorization from your insurance provider. This process requires your child have a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation. We submit that report to request authorization to complete an assessment.

Assessment Authorization

Once insurance has approved the assessment we will contact you to discuss a day and time for your child's assessment. During the assessment a BCBA will come to your home and conduct and interview and a skills assessment for you child. This process helps us determine what areas your child needs support in and an appropriate clinical recommendation.

Schedule and treatment plan

Schedule and treatment plan

Over the next 1-2 weeks the BCBA will focus on writing an individualized treatment plan for your child. Once that is completed and you have approved the treatment plan and determined a schedule with the BCBA that works best for your child and family we will submit the treatment plan to insurance for authorization of services.

Approval and Start

Once the insurance company approves the treatment plan and requested hours we will contact you to discuss a plan to start services. We start services and build to the agreed upon hours based on how your child responds. This helps us build a strong relationship with your child and allows your child the time they need to adjust to the changes in their schedule.
